We strive to deliver products purchased from” ASGARIMA NUTRITION” in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your prepaid order with 

“ASGARIMA NUTRITION”, shipping will be completely FREE. A shipping charge of Rs. 49 will be applicable to all COD orders and an additional Rs 49 is applicable for the pin codes which are marked as ODA (outside delivery area) by premium delivery partners.

1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

2. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

3. We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, GURGOAN, FARIDABAD, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints. We use the services of reliable courier partners for all our deliveries. The delivery status can be tracked through our website. What is “ASGARIMA NUTRITION” Fair Usage Policy?
We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 149 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.
